Our involvement in this projects was to design and obtain planning permission to construct a larger kitchen and utility room which would give the best layout and view of the clients sculpted garden and swimming pool. We successfully gained approval and were nominated to build and deliver the finished product. We also used advance technology in the kitchen by the way of a specially designed colour changing LED lighting system as our clients were keen dinner party hosts and wanted that extra 'wow' factor. Our fees quoted 'DO NOT' include council submission fees, and where required, structural engineers calculations, sap calculations or building control inspections fees.
Please note: Building Regulation drawings are commonly confused with full working drawings. Full working drawings are only required for large or highly bespoke projects where new construction methods maybe proposed and as such are usually priced as a percentage of the complete build cost and are often not required.
