Planning in brief...What are planning drawings?
Planning drawings should clearly show the differences from how the property looks now and how the property will look once work has been completed. These drawings, although accurate in scale will not show building details or contain any information required in constructing the proposed works. Once planning is approved the next stage will be building regulations. This is where construction details will be documented and sent to Building Control for their approval.
