If your proposals involve an extension and a loft conversion for example we will advise of a price reduction if both services are carried out at the same time.

Our fees do not include council submission fees or third party instructions such as structural engineers etc.

Please Note:Building Regulation drawings are commonly confused with full working drawings. Full working drawings are only required for large or highly bespoke projects where new construction methods maybe proposed and as such are usually priced as a percentage of the complete build cost and are often not required.
